Where do we ship?
Currently, Vectr Plus only ships within Australia. Our products are shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Please note, that both standard and express shipping times may be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are doing everything we can to ensure both your safety and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping times at checkout. When you spend over $100, your shipping option will automatically include free express shipping.
Regular shipping times will vary depending on your location. The shipping times could vary anywhere from 2-18 business days. This is the free shipping included in orders over $100.
Express shipping allows for 1-3 business day delivery in all states.

Vectr Plus uses Australia Post to deliver all packages.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free Australia wide, with all orders over $100. For orders less than $100, you’ll be able to select either regular shipping or express shipping to any state in Australia.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love Vectr Plus as much as we do, so please contact us, if for any reason you’re not happy with the products received.
To ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are unable to process a return if the product has been used due to risk of contamination.
If however, the product is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, you may return the product to be refunded or exchanged within 30 days.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email: [email protected]. You’ll also need to provide your proof of purchase, and we will let you know the easiest way to return the item/s. Once the item/s have been received, Vectr Plus will gladly refund or replace your item.
